Dim Sum Series - Making Tofu Based Bites
Dim Sum literally translates as "touching heart" - touching the heart of another with these handmade little delights. It's a fun activity to do with family, children & friends gathered round the table or infront of the screen via Zoom.
In this 3rd class in the Dim Sum series, you will learn how to make 3 new favourites using tofu -
- steamed egg tofu with shrimp & crabmeat in chicken broth
- fried tofu skin wrapped prawns with basil mayo dip
- agedashi tofu with saute shiitake mushroom with soya dip
By the end of the class, you'll be able to make these to go with your dumplings. You can go on to experiment with new fillings & come up with your signature dim sum.
