Dim Sum Series - Making Glutinous Rice Dumplings
Dim Sum literally translates as "touching heart" - touching the heart of another with these handmade little delights. It's a fun activity to do with family, children & friends gathered round the table or infront of the screen via Zoom.
In this 5th class in the Dim Sum series, you will learn how to make 2 other favourites -
- Lo Mai Gai (aka Lotus Leaf Wrapped glutinous rice with chicken & mushroom)
- Sticky rice dumpling with Shiu Mai (prawn & pork meatball) filling
(Vegetarian Options Available)
By the end of the class, you'll be able to make these to go with your dim sum repertoire, or enjoy them on their own. You can go on to experiment with new fillings & come up with your signature dim sum.
