Birthday Party Events

Happy Birthday!!  During this class, children (supervised by an adult), I will guide the children to make 1 or 2 simple snacks that they can enjoy.  

You can choose 1 or 2 dishes from the menu below:

Savoury Chicken / Vegetarian stir-fry noodles Ham & cheese puff pastry swirl Tacos with chicken, tomato & cheese Mac n cheese Sausage roll Stuffed puff pastry with chicken & potato  

Sweet Ice cream cookie sandwich Chocolate cupcakes with frosting Mini brownies Mini profiteroles Mini chocolate swirls Mini chocolate bark with toppings (flat version of rocky road)  

At the end of the class, the children will get to enjoy their foods and have had loads of fun making their snacks.

• In booking a cookery class at SOHMARIE, you are booking for a class at the time and date specified and, once booked, you are not able to change the date and time of this class unless we receive notice via e-mail - 2 weeks - prior to the date of your event.

• All adult classes are non-refundable.

• If you find you are unable to attend a class, you are welcome to send someone in your place, even at very short notice. However, you must notify us in advance if you wish to do this so that we can make any necessary amendments and will require advance notice of any allergies or special dietary requirements or need for access.

• We reserve the right to change the content on any course without prior notification or consultation.

The booking is for 15 households. There is no limit to the number of participants from each household.

Once you have paid for your class, I will send you an email confirming your booking.  This will be followed by an email with your class notes & link for you to dial in to your class.  You can forward all this information to your guests or I can do it for you.

This class Live via Zoom and you will need to download the app if you do not have it.

In your class notes, there a section on introduction, recipes, a shopping list & an equipment list.  You can start planning & organisng your shopping according to the list. 

Please check that you have the equipment that will be needed during the class.  If you do not have a certain equipment or are having problems getting a specific ingredient, please email or message me.   We can find alternative solutions to the situation.

On the day of the class, please ensure you have a good place to stand your tech equipment.  It would be useful for me to be able to see you preparing your food.  Have your ingredients & equipment  ready for the fun to begin.

We will make the dishes together and I will guide you through all the way.  Tips, hacks, information & moral support!
