Classes

In booking a cookery class at SOHMARIE, you are booking for a class at the time and date specified and, once booked, you are not able to change the date and time of this class unless we receive notice via e-mail 1 week -prior to the date of your class.
All adult classes are non-refundable.
If you find you are unable to attend a class, you are welcome to send someone in your place, even at very short notice. However, you must notify us in advance if you wish to do this so that we can make any necessary amendments and will require advance notice of any allergies or special dietary requirements or need for access.
If you book onto a class using a Gift Voucher, you will be required to provide the gift voucher reference number at point of booking.
We reserve the right to change the content on any course without prior notification or consultation.

Private Party

In booking a class for a private event at SOHMARIE, you are booking for a class at the time and date specified and, once booked, you are not able to change the date and time of this class unless we receive notice via e-mail 1 week -prior to the date of your class.
All events and bookings are non-refundable unless notification is received at least 4 weeks prior to the event.
I will require advance notice of any allergies or special dietary requirements of your guests.
If you book onto a class using a Gift Voucher, you will be required to provide the gift voucher reference number at point of booking.
We reserve the right to change the content on any course without prior notification or consultation.

Gift Vouchers

Vouchers are valid for 1 year from the date purchased. Classes are subject to availability and we can get booked up so it is best to book in advance. Our classes run sporadically and in case of not finding a suitable date we can transfer your voucher as a credit to another class however we do not offer refunds.

To use your voucher please get in touch directly before the expiry date.

If a class is booked before the expiration date the class can be attended after the said date, but once the voucher’s expiry date has passed the class cannot be transferred. If you would like to extend your voucher you can do this for the cost of £15 for 3 months and it can be extended up to a maximum of 1 year.

On extending the voucher validity it will count solely as the amount paid and not for a specific class.

If your voucher was bought for a specific class this can be transferred to a different class but will be valued as a credit of the cost it was purchased for. So if it was bought on sale this will be taken into account.

Vouchers are sent via email and not posted - unless specially requested.

Vouchers can’t be used to buy other vouchers.

The site can be accessed from various other countries around the World. Each of these places has laws that may differ from those of the United Kingdom. By accessing the site both you and we agree that the laws of England & Wales shall apply to all matters arising from or relating to the use and contents of this site, unless we specify that the law of another country applies to particular elements of the site.
