This is a 4- week class and each class is 1 hour long. Here, you will learn to make one SIngpore hawker dish each week and enjoy the dish after class.

At the end, I'll show you how to plate up your feast, before you sit down to enjoy your handmade delights. You'll also have the confidence to make these and other variations whenever you feel like having them.

I WILL SEND YOU THE ZOOM DETAILS TO JOIN THE CLASS. USUALLY THE DAY BEFORE THE CLASS.
DO CHECK YOUR EQUIPMENT LIST & SET UP YOUR KITCHEN READY FOR MAKING THE MENU.
