MENU PLAN & PREP FOR THE WEEK
Chefs thrive on preparing their ingredient in advance. It allows them to choose and decide what they'd like to cook whenever they want (within resaon). In this class, we will prepare some bases that will go with your weekly shop and enable you to make foods that you might not have tried before.
Not only are there recipes for these bases, there are also recipe instructions on how to create different dishes to last you a week.

At the end, I'll go through with you how you can turn the above into numerous dishes for 2 meals a day, 6 days a week. You'll have the confidence to make these and other variations whenever you feel like having them.
* The booking is per household. There is no limit to the number of participants from each household.

SHOP THE INGREDIENTS YOU'LL NEED FOR THE CLASS. I WILL SEND YOU YOUR RECIPE CARD AND SHOPPING LIST (WHICH WILL INCLUDE DIETARY SUBSTITUITIONS)
I WILL SEND YOU THE ZOOM DETAILS TO JOIN THE CLASS. USUALLY THE DAY BEFORE THE CLASS.
DO CHECK YOUR EQUIPMENT LIST & SET UP YOUR KITCHEN READY FOR MAKING THE MENU.
