How To Make An Asian Street Feast

Let's travel to Southeast Asia today with a delicious array of their street food! It's a fun activity to make food with family, children & friends gathered round the table or infront of Zoom.  In this class, I will talk you through how to make 4 delicious street food


Indonesian Chicken Satay with peanut dip

Vietnamese spring rolls with rice noodles, shrimp & bacon, served with nuoc cham

Thai salmon-red curry fish cakes with lime-chilli dip

Korean crispy chicken popcorn with garlic-sweet chilli sauce  


At the end, I'll  show you how to plate up your feast, before you sit down to enjoy your handmade delights.  You'll also have the confidence to make these and other variations whenever you feel like having them.

* The booking is per household. There is no limit to the number of participants from each household.


HOW IT WORKS

  1. BOOK THE CLASS & DATE OF CHOICE & SIMPLY PAY ONLINE

  2. SHOP THE INGREDIENTS YOU'LL NEED FOR THE CLASS.  I WILL SEND YOU YOUR RECIPE CARD AND SHOPPING LIST (WHICH WILL INCLUDE DIETARY SUBSTITUITIONS)

  3. I WILL SEND YOU THE ZOOM DETAILS TO JOIN THE CLASS. USUALLY THE DAY BEFORE THE CLASS.

  4. DO CHECK YOUR EQUIPMENT LIST & SET UP YOUR KITCHEN READY FOR MAKING THE MENU.

  5. ENJOY YOUR 2-2.5 HOUR COOKERY CLASS ON THE DAY.
