Vegan cuisine has evolved and changed alot over the years. It's so much more exciting and definitely delicious! In this class, I will talk you through how to make my 3 delicious vegan staples and create loads of different meals from there! They just happen to be Japanese influenced.

At the end, I'll show you how to plate up your feast, before you sit down to enjoy your handmade delights. You'll also have the confidence to make these and other variations whenever you feel like having them.

I WILL SEND YOU THE ZOOM DETAILS TO JOIN THE CLASS. USUALLY THE DAY BEFORE THE CLASS.
DO CHECK YOUR EQUIPMENT LIST & SET UP YOUR KITCHEN READY FOR MAKING THE MENU.
