Onion, Leek, Carrot, Cauliflower, Mushroom, Celery - we all have them in our fridge.  We have used them in countless ways like vegetable stock, cauliflower rice, roast vegetable salad.   But we still have loads of them!

In this class where we will make 3 new dishes that you never thought of before.

Caramelised onion & beef* risotto with pangratatto

Crispy cauliflower with carrot-chilli-dip

Mixed green salad with mushroom & celery pesto

(*Vegetarian options available)

At the end, I'll  show you how to plate up your feast, before you sit down to enjoy your homemade delights. You'll also have the confidence to make these and other variations whenever you feel like having them.

How it Works

* The booking is per household. There is no limit to the number of participants from each household.

Once you have paid for your class, Eventbrite will send you an email confirming your booking.

This will be followed by an email from me with your class notes & link for you to dial in to your class. This classs will be taught via Zoom and you will need to download the app if you do not have it.

In your class notes, there a section on introduction, recipes, a shopping list & an equipment list. You can start planning & organisng your shopping accrding to the list. It would be good to also check that you have most of the equipment that will be needed during the class.

If you do not have a certain equipment or are having problems getting a specific ingredient, please email or message me. We can find alternative solutions to the situation.

On the day of the class, please ensure you have a good place to to stand your tech equipment. It would be useful for me to be able to see you preparing your food.
