At the end, I'll show you how to plate up your feast, before you sit down to enjoy your handmade delights. You'll also have the confidence to make these and other dumplings whenever you feel like having them.

SHOP THE INGREDIENTS YOU'LL NEED FOR THE CLASS. I WILL SEND YOU YOUR RECIPE CARD AND SHOPPING LIST (WHICH WILL INCLUDE DIETARY SUBSTITUITIONS)
I WILL SEND YOU THE ZOOM DETAILS TO JOIN THE CLASS. USUALLY THE DAY BEFORE THE CLASS.
DO CHECK YOUR EQUIPMENT LIST & SET UP YOUR KITCHEN READY FOR MAKING THE MENU.
